Springer Publishing Company is a world-renowned German publishing company that publishes more than 2,000 journals each year, covering 11 disciplines including natural sciences, technology, engineering, medicine, law, behavioral sciences, economics, biology and medicine. More than 50% of the journals published by Springer are included in SCI and SSCI, and some journals have higher rankings in related disciplines.
The SpringerLink platform includes three main parts:
1. Springer e-Journal: Covers more than 1,000 journals published by Springer, including all the journals of the original Kluwer Press. SpringerLink's resources are divided into 13 disciplines: Architecture, Design and Art; Behavioral Sciences; Biomedical and Life Sciences; Business and Economics; Chemistry and Materials Science; Computer Science; Earth and Environmental Sciences; Engineering; Humanities, Social Sciences and Law; Mathematics and Statistics; Medicine; Physics and Astronomy; Professional and Applied Computing. Most journals can retrospectively view the full text of the first issue of Volume 1.
2. Springer e-books: including all English e-books since the 2005 copyright year, and three sets of books since 1997 ("Lecture Notes in Computer Science", "Lecture Notes in mathematics", "Lecture Notes in Physics").
3. Palgrave Macmillan (Palgrave Macmillan, UK) e-books: including political & international studies (political and international studies), economics & finance (economics and finance), business & management (business and management), History, literature, language & linguistics, religion & philosophy, social sciences, education, media & culture, Theatre & performance (drama and performance) and other disciplines.
